Our Story

Nucleus Investment Management (NIM) is a boutique real estate investment management and real estate company based in Cape Town, South Africa. NIM’s experienced team set themselves apart through their visionary user centric approach, in-depth industry and market knowledge, deep professional network, and outstanding execution and management capabilities; providing investors with a complete platform and suite of services that cover the entire property lifecycle.

Our core business involves acquiring, developing, and managing high quality and sustainable income generating assets across all real estate sub-sectors, with a focus on the Cape Town Central Business District (CBD) region and surrounds.

We strive to consistently achieve superior risked-adjusted returns by creating and unlocking value, maximising potential, and enabling positive change within the strategic nodes in which we invest. In addition to commercial real estate, the portfolio includes residential, hospitality, and agricultural real estate assets.
